Second semester break



Hello.i started my semester around a month ago.so basically nothing really happen.i spent my holidays by just lazing at home alone.but sometimes i went to kajang because i aleat went to the kalang central nutrition club. First of all the club actually teaches people how to live healthily without depending on medicines.this club never allerge that they can cure all sickness but by thinking rationally,i this this thought can be accepted which is, when we give our body very good and nutritious food and get enough and healthy rest, our body will automatically get better day by day and in the end we will be as healthy as a baby.well surprised that i tried their nutrition drink.for the first 8 days,nothing really happen.but after around 11 days of taking this nutrition drink or most likely called food, i manage to get my sleep cycle at its best and i can say that i have enough rest.i get a very sound sleep each night. Secondly, my migrane has been dissed.my hormone is getting better as my period cycle now is as how it is supposed to.and i also had this problem where my anti-body isnt that good.my anti-body is very weak.i got fever around 3-4 times per month.and alhamdulillah since i started taking this nutrition drink, i never get my fever back nor flu and cough.that shows that my anti-body now is quite great! Hmm.but,the best thing of all, this nutrition drink will naturally balance our body weight.if someone has greater weight or fat,it will slowly get diss of it and if someone is underweight,it will helps the body to gain weight.and once it is balanced, the body will maintain it.incase if the person consume too much fat, the body will get rid of this excess fat trough our urinary system.as for me, it helps me to gain some weight bcse im underweight and yes!im on my way to gain more weight eventhough i've gained abit.
Will be talking bout this more soon as this is my current obsession. obsession of getting and being healthy ;) talk to you peeps soon.
